Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio for Italy, shaping mid- to long-term marketing strategies and driving product launches. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to grow portfolio profitability and market share. The position emphasizes cross-country collaboration, portfolio optimization, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a hybrid, on-site role near Bergamo, offering the chance to influence a core agricultural portfolio.

- Develop and execute mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategies
- Lead product launches, campaigns, field activities, and promotional plans
- Drive portfolio performance including pricing, volume, and profitability
- Identify customer, market, and competitor opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies




- Lead strategic growth projects across Corn and Rice
- Coordinate with EAME Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teams

Responsabilità

- Proven marketing experience in agriculture, crop protection or related sector
- Strong agronomy/crop protection knowledge
- Degree in Agriculture or related discipline
- Strong commercial, analytical and strategic skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel 20-30%
- Hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site near Bergamo
