This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable managing people, improving processes, and handling operational activities when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily activities of the Operations departmentSupport, coach, and develop a small team of operations professionalsActively participate in day-to-day operational activities, including import and export shipmentsDrive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes and workflowsEnsure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulationsMonitor operational performance and control costs while maintaining service qualityBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, suppliers,
