Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTIONThe spare parts coordinator manages the spare parts purchasing, warehouse operations, as well as transport documentation and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory.Main Responsibilities & ScopeManage spare parts purchasing activities, including: Requesting and sending quotations to suppliersIssuing and monitoring daily purchase ordersOversee spare parts warehouse operations: Cataloguing materialsOrganizing and rearranging shelvingMonitoring stock levelsManage transport documentation: Entering job orders into company systemsFiling and forwarding documents to the accounting departmentCoordinate spare parts shipments: Organizing pick-ups from suppliersPreparing pallets for returns or repairsIssuing and managing outbound delivery notesSupervise calibration documentation: Monitoring deadlinesCollecting and archiving calibration certificates for all measurement instruments in the factorySection 2 - CANDIDATE PROFILEDetail-oriented, organized, and preciseHands-on approach with the ability to work autonomouslyCapable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills for interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholdersFlexible and solution-oriented mindsetEducation, Language, Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics-related education is preferredBasic understanding of logistics, purchasing, and warehouse processesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamEssential Experience & Knowledge / Technical Or Functional CompetenciePrevious experience in similar roles (logistics, warehouse,
