Salary Pacchetto Retributivo: RAL: 35.000 – 45.000 € - CCNL Commercio
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the cosmetic or medical market.
Promote services, ensuring a professional and technically competent approach.
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, service presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with the technical team and commercial direction to build effective and customized proposals.
Analyze customer needs, anticipate requirements,



and propose solutions consistent with company standards and capabilities.
Requirements Consolidated experience in selling services or consulting in the cosmetic or medical sector.
Structured, systematic commercial approach oriented toward long-term relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Strong result orientation, autonomy, and territory management skills.
Fluent English.
Availability to travel within Italy, especially Lombardy.
