She/he will manage the business end to end with a 360° approach, from product development to go to market: Product Management, RD, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. /p pThe role reports to the President of Beverage Food Preparation and will be part of the leadership team of the Business Area, thus expecting to contribute significantly the identity, strategy and success of the overall division. /p pThe first responsibilities of the VP are to have the right organizational in place and the right conditions for the Business Line to achieve its challenges and targets for the dedicated products line. In particular, she/he has the task to implement a winning specialist approach and capabilities within the entire Business Line organization. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDefine, build, elaborate the strategic plan to reach the Business Line objectives /li liDeliver the integrated PL budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, by addressing incremental revenue opportunities, increasing market share and managing costs adequately. /li liBuild and direct a team of specialist professionals, across all functions, from RD to Sales and Marketing to Customer Care. /li liResponsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented with superior customer service.



/li liDrive the global market expansion opening new channels and developing the partnership with the existing ones. /li liResponsible for developing and delivering world class products and services through profitable renewal, conversion and new sale development. /li liDevelop talent diversity and strengthen the succession pipeline of specialists in the business unit. /li liWill lead opportunities of digitalization of the company, amplifying impact for the business unit. /li /ul h3What’s Needed For You To Thrive /h3 ul liMaster’s degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred /li li15 years’ or more experience in management in an international business setting /li liSignificant experience leading an integrated PL for an integrated business. /li liInternational exposure on a global business preferred. /li liStrong culture of inclusion and diversity /li liFluent in English.
