and sustainability specialists to develop integrated engineering solutions from early-stage concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and project completion. /pp This role offers significant responsibility, exposure to high-profile projects, and excellent opportunities for professional growth within an internationally connected business. /p Key Responsibilities: brulli Lead the mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of mission-critical and multidisciplinary building projects br/lili Manage projects through all stages including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, tender support, and construction phase services br/lili Act as the lead mechanical engineering contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders br/lili Develop and oversee the design of complex mechanical building systems including: br/lili HVAC systems br/lili Chilled water and cooling systems br/lili Ventilation and smoke control systems br/lili Heating systems br/lili Hydronic and pipework systems br/lili Sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions br/lili Mechanical infrastructure for mission-critical environments br/lili Coordinate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and BIM teams to ensure integrated project delivery br/lili Lead technical reviews,



design coordination meetings, and engineering workshops br/lili Support the delivery of low-carbon and sustainable engineering strategies across projects br/lili Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers br/lili Contribute to resource planning, project scheduling, and quality assurance processes br/lili Ensure designs comply with local and international standards, client specifications, and industry best practice br/lili Assist in identifying innovative technologies and engineering xrdbqlu approaches to improve project performance and efficiency br/lili Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical leadership br/li /ul Candidate Requirements: brulli Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy Engineering br/lili Chartered engineer or working towards chartership br/lili Extensive experience in mechanical building services engineering br/lili Proven experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, or Industrial Building projects br/lili Strong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building systems design br/lili Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects br/lili Ability to manage projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning stages br/lili Experience working in BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametric design tools would be advantageous br/lili Strong understanding of sustainable building design principles and energy-efficient systems br/lili Fluent written and spoken Italian and English br/li /ul#J-18808-Ljbffr
