Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. /p /brh3Partner with the best /h3 /brpAs Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs. /p /brh3The Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management is responsible for: /h3 /brulliContribute to develop and execute long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI /liliIntegrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectives. /liliFor New Product Development, drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategy /liliPartner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity /liliDevelop negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership /liliNegotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs /liliDevelop Procurement initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC Procurement and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms) /liliLeverage SOP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals /li /ul /brh3Fuel your passion /h3 /brpTo be successful in this role you will:
