ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for an experienced Global Public Relations Manager to join our growing luxury womenswear brand and support the development and execution of our global PR and communications activities.This is a Manager-level position, suited to a PR professional with approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, with an established network across Italian and international fashion media and international VIP stylists.The ideal candidate is a highly connected, hands-on and proactive PR professional who is comfortable managing day-to-day media and stylist relationships, coordinating international PR activities and delivering high-quality projects across key global markets.Please note: this is a Manager-level role and is not intended for Director, Head of PR, or senior functional leadership profiles.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development and execution of global PR plans in line with the brand's positioning, seasonal priorities and business objectivesBuild and maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with Italian and international fashion editors, journalists and mediaDevelop and manage relationships with international VIP stylists and celebrity fashion teams, supporting product placements and dressing opportunitiesCoordinate press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days and showroom appointmentsProactively manage international media outreach and follow-up to generate relevant editorial coverage across key marketsCoordinate seasonal press and sample activities, ensuring efficient and timely management of requests and product placementsSupport celebrity and VIP dressing activities in line with brand image and seasonal prioritiesIdentify relevant media,



stylist and industry opportunities to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships in priority marketsWork closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales and Creative teams to ensure alignment across communications activitiesCoordinate the development and distribution of press materials, brand presentations, media kits and other communication assetsMonitor media coverage, relevant industry developments and competitive activity, sharing insights with the wider teamManage assigned PR projects, timelines and budgets, working with external agencies and partners where applicableContribute to the development of junior team members and collaborate effectively within the PR and wider brand teamREQUIREMENTS7–10 years of relevant experience in PR and communications, ideally within luxury fashion or a premium fashion/lifestyle environmentEstablished and demonstrable relationships with Italian and international fashion mediaEstablished xysqume relationships with international VIP stylists, celebrity stylists and/or relevant celebrity fashion teamsStrong understanding of luxury fashion PR, media relations and brand positioningA hands-on approach, with the ability to independently manage projects and relationships from briefing through executionStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an existing international networkExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced international environmentAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant PR/media monitoring and reporting toolsGenuine passion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture and the international fashion industry
