Customer Support Advisor | On-site

We are looking for Slovenian- and Croatian-speaking professionals who want to work in a structured, people-focused role within a global lifestyle brand . Based on-site in Sofia , you will support adult customers across multiple channels, delivering clear, compliant, and high-quality service in a fast‑evolving environment.

This role goes beyond answering questions — you will become a trusted point of contact , guiding customers through products, services, and digital tools while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.

Role Overview

- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)

- Languages required: Slovenian or Croatian (C2 / native)

- Employment type: Full-time

- Working hours: Rotational shifts (no night shifts included)

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email

- Assisting with orders, account questions, product setup, and troubleshooting





- Ensuring age verification and regulatory compliance in every interaction

- Providing accurate, calm, and professional guidance

- Recording interactions and following internal quality processes

- Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required
