We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead high-profile industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across Europe. This role demands someone who excels at uniting multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project focus, and translating complex technical challenges into coordinated solutions.
You'll act as an architectural leader not just for design, but as a connector who brings together diverse expertise, keeps teams aligned on objectives, and communicates clearly with colleagues and clients alike. Crucially, you'll need deep expertise in process and manufacturing plant design;
understanding how thesefacilities operate, their production workflows, and technical requirements is essential to driving integrated solutions that work.
Your curiosity and commitment will be essential as you guide projects from concept through delivery, challenging assumptions and ensuring architectural decisions support operational excellence.

Technical Expertise:
- Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with professional registration required or in progress
- 8+ years' proven experience designing and delivering process plants, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrial complexes
