We have been tasked with finding an experienced trainer/instructor in occupational safety and health. Our client is an important local training institution, specializing in the construction sector. Purpose of the role The selected candidate will be integrated into the institution and will have the primary task of delivering training on occupational safety and health in the construction sector with particular reference to courses on:
- Basic and specific training for workers
- Training for foremen/managers/employers/RLS/RSPP (Safety Representatives)
- Apprenticeship training
- Construction machinery and equipment
- Professional construction courses (masonry, surveying, carpentry, technologies, materials,



plasters, finishes, etc...)

Main characteristics
- Requirements set out in the Interministerial Decree of 06/03/2013 "Qualification criteria for the figure of the trainer for health and safety at work" and the State-Regions Agreement no. 59/CSR of 17/04/2025
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation on occupational health and safety (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- Proven experience in teaching occupational health and safety
- Proven knowledge of work equipment
- Adequate educational and professional qualifications for performing the role of trainer (educational qualifications, experience, and relevant professional development)

Soft skills
- Strong teaching skills with a practical and engaging approach
- Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical-regulatory topics
- Ability to create simulations and practical exercises on machinery and equipment in a
