We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Optimization Specialist to join our
Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).

MISSION

Ensures the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain
processes, guaranteeing alignment with best practices in planning, performance
management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of continuous improvement
initiatives. Supports all functions involved in Supply Chain processes to ensure
accurate data, consistent parameters, and a data-driven approach to operational




decision-making.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Performance & Risk Management

* Defines, monitors, and regularly updates Supply Chain KPIs to measure
operational efficiency across the entire flow.
* Collects and analyzes performance data related to service levels, inventory,
supplier punctuality, and lead times.
* Identifies operational risks related to demand, supply, and internal
processes, maps potential risks, and proposes mitigation plans.
* Collaborates with the functions involved to update the risk map and define
corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinates and supports internal and external audits of SC processes,
prepares supporting documentation, and manages non-conformities.
* Prepares and periodically communicates performance reports to the relevant
functions (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Operations, Finance).
