Your role

We are looking for an intern who will join our Quality team at our Rovereto manufacturing site. As part of the team, you will contribute to assuring quality standards in a complex manufacturing environment and support the digital transformation of manufacturing processes by turning quality data into actionable business insights.

Main responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
- Support troubleshooting of quality-related issues and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Production, BPI, IT and Digital Systems teams to support data-driven quality initiatives.

Main requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
- Fluency in English; good command of Italian.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis, with an interest in digital technologies, data visualization and Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multifunctional teams, combined with good communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
