As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.




Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth&level; upgrade .
Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Available to start immediately till the end of the year
Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills
Chinese speaking skills to be able to work with Chinese-speaking creators
Be mindful to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
Previous experience in influencer affiliate , content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
