As a Customer Success Manager , you'll act as an Account Manager with a focus on:
Becoming an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding our customers from the onboarding stage to the renewal, including upsells.




Managing the entire funnel for existing business . Your mission will be to manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews and do upsells.
Working closely with customers to get their feedback, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the company's product: you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
Preparing dashboards , monitoring KPIs , collaborating with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing,..), You have 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles.
You are familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
Optional but a premio: You have a law degree .
You speak both Italian and English .
