Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about connecting people with exciting international career opportunities? /p pWe're looking for an experienced bItalian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter /b to join our international team and help us recruit candidates for customer service and multilingual roles across Europe. /p pWe're looking for someone who already understands the pace, ownership and expectations of agency recruitment and enjoys building candidate pipelines from scratch. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team. /p pDuring your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, giving you time to learn our clients, systems and recruitment processes while building your own pipeline. /p pAfter the onboarding period, you'll transition to an bu /bncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results. /p pTo succeed in this role, you should be willing to dedicate approximately 30-40 hours per week.
