Join us in shaping our future–and yours. /p h3Role Reports To /h3 pIT Make Site Manager /p h3Location /h3 pEurope/Middle East/Africa, Italy, Lazio, Rome /p h3Work Location /h3 pFully Onsite /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pWhat you will do /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in troubleshooting, optimizing data pipelines, and resolving less complex technical issues to ensure seamless data flow, operational integrity, and adherence to service level agreements. /li li1st and 2nd level Helpdesk service on all the plant application systems, handling Daisy requests and incidents. /li liAnalysis, diagnosis, and resolution of anomalies related to the operating systems, complex software applications and hardware devices (barcode reader, cameras, industrial printers, tablets, Manufacturing, Logistic, Laboratories PCs) for the manufacturing plant. /li liCreate and run ad hoc queries and reports as requested by manufacturing systems’ end users. /li liSupport escalations as needed for new requests and delays against committed service request timelines.



/li liEnsure incidents are followed up if/when needed for root cause investigation and preventive actions. /li liDocument problems, resolutions, and provide status and progress reports to department management and business partners. /li liSchedule and perform Server and DB patching, so that it has minimal impact on manufacturing. /li liDo patching and hotfixes on applications, in collaboration with vendor and/or global application teams. /li liCreate and update documentation and/or internal training materials. /li liSupport the End-to-End IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security and cybersecurity. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to design, implement, and support innovative data collection, monitoring solutions, and IT systems that adhere to company standards and architectural guidelines. /li liContribute to feasibility studies, prepare detailed reports, and participate in project teams to support decision-making and solution development. /li liWork with QC, creating and performing change controls and testing in different environments, assuring the execution of the proper Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for all the Pomezia GxP systems. /li liSupport internal and external audit requests, with data gathering and reporting. /li liDemonstrate continuous knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors to improve team and individual performance. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li15 years of related experience in technical support, system analysis, or application development roles. /li liBasic English.



/li liBasic understanding of analytics solutions and experience with data processing and integration tools. /li liFamiliarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. /li liProficiency in common office productivity tools and ability to document technical processes clearly. /li liEffective verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and technical teams. /li liAbility to provide Level 1 technical support and assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. /li liDemonstrated capability to work under supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities. /li liWillingness to engage in continuous learning and contribute to team knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking to solve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision. /li liProficiency in data visualization tools and scripting languages to create dynamic and insightful reports. /li liStrong curiosity and eagerness to learn new methodologies in data management and technology integration. /li liExcellent communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, impactful narratives for diverse audiences. /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 ul liAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $35.000 to $45.000.
