ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE. /liliIdentify and propose solutions to escalate any technical or project related risks. /liliAchieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards. /liliTroubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences. /liliCooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions. /liliSupport the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts. /liliSupport the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job. /liliSupport Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis. /liliReview and validate the assigned products’ documentation including OM manuals. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat we are looking for:
