Key Responsibilities and Tasks

- Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements

- Analysing new change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation

- Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages

- Work as a part of the L3 support team

- Design specification, develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests

- Bug fixing & enhancements of work packages and services

- Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java

- Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation
