IMA LIFE, a division specializing in the design and production of machines and complete lines for the treatment of liquids and powders in aseptic environments, is looking for an After Sales Project Manager. The figure acts as the main interface between the customer and the internal organization in the management of upgrade projects and new formats on automatic machines and systems destined for the pharmaceutical sector. Workplace: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO)Job SummaryAct as the customer's point of reference (in collaboration with the dedicated After Sales Commercial Support body) for the entire life cycle of the Upgrade/new format project.Coordinate the interfunctional project team (internal/external),
ensuring compliance with technical specifications, documentation and contractual terms.Manage order and contractual review in collaboration with the Service Account Manager.Organize internal and external kick-off meetings, and conduct periodic progress meetings by sharing and updating project checklists.Manage communication with the customer, monitoring compliance with contractual terms and order changes.Participate in and manage FATs, verifying and closing the punch list post-FAT.Support After-Sales Commercial in negotiations for defining supply and installation times, based on the technical offer and URS analysis.Plan, coordinate and supervise installation and commissioning activities at the customer's site, resolving field problems.Skills And ExperiencesDegree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.Experience, even brief, in similar roles or with characteristics preparatory to the job (e.G. by way of example and not exhaustive: Production Planning, Supply Chain) in manufacturing contexts.Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).Strong communication skills with the customer,
negotiation and priority management.Availability for short national and international business trips.What Would Make You a Great FitExperience with SAP, PLM, CRM and reporting tools (e.G. Power BI).Basic knowledge of GAMP 5, GMP, and FDA/EMA regulations.Technical training on mechanics/automation (pneumatics, actuators, sensors) for effective comparison with the Technical Office and Field Service.Familiarity with validation processes and documentation typical of pharma (URS, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ).Knowledge of Microsoft Project.Ability to read and consult drawings with 2D/3D CAD tools (e.G. for tables, assemblies, bills of materials).Knowledge of a second language.The initial gross annual salary will be €34,000 with the application of the Metalworking Industry CCNL, with the possibility of increasing based on the candidate's experience and skills, in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
