You will support the ideation and execution of the brand voice, look, and feel at various touch points to ensure consistency and continuity. You will be overseeing graphic design related to packaging, digital and retail channels, internal communication and corporate identity, ensuring that the visual strategy is aligned across the whole brand.Important information:Remote + quarterly in-person meetings at our offices Milan. If based in Milan, in-office presence twice a weekPlease upload your portfolioTasksSupport the team in creating visual content and assets for Fler's channels, including email, social media, ecommerce, and trade marketing materialsAssist with designing marketing materials such as banners, presentations, social media graphicsHelp ensure Fler's visual brand guidelines are followed across digital materialsSupport artwork preparation for print and packagingContribute creative ideas for campaigns and assist with concept developmentHelp with creative research, benchmarking,



and gathering market inspirationSupport other teams with image research and visual referencesLearn about brand strategy while working on real projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art, or other related fieldsPassionate about design craft and sweating the small detailsAbility to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time framesA hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelinesClear and effective communication skills - you mean what you say and say what you meanAn advocate and ambassador for Fler’s core valuesExperience with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and KeynoteBasic motion graphic experience is a plus!Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian & EnglishBenefitsOur philosophy is simple: we dream big, move fast and enhance each other's talents.
