The ideal candidate should have good hands‑on experience with Windows environments along with a basic understanding of VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide onsite L2 IT support and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /liliTroubleshoot Windows‑related issues and perform basic system checks. /liliHave basic knowledge of VMware ESXi and VMware technologies. /liliPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /liliPerform basic data center management activities. /liliHandle and track network/server cabling and identify cable connections between equipment. /liliAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /liliPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. /liliCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution.
