Acting as a strategic interface between the market, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will contribute directly to business growth, customer satisfaction and market positioning.This is a field-based, home-office position, requiring strong proximity to the market and customers.Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Product StrategyDrive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactionsTrain and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycleAdapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local levelDevelop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectivesSupport new product launches and ensure successful market adoptionRepresent the company at congresses, conferences and industry eventsCollaborate with international teams to share insights and best practicesTender ManagementPrepare and manage technical documentation for public tendersDefine product configurations in collaboration with sales teamsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissionsMarket Analysis & Business PerformanceMonitor market trends, competitors and customer needsIdentify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordinglyTrack product line performance and contribute to forecastingSupport pricing strategy within global guidelinesScope & environmentProduct scope:
