and leadership in test strategy and execution.You will report to the Test & Technical Project Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Verona, Italy.Your Responsibilities:Define and guide the test strategy for the product, across functional, integration, system, and performance testingBe a Test Lead, coordinating testing activities within the team and across global teamsMentor other test engineers, promoting technical growth and best practicesRepresent testing in architectural discussions, design reviews, and release planningIdentify inefficiencies in the testing process and lead improvement projectsManage the test infrastructure, including hardware setups, lab environments, and network configurationsConfigure PLCs and industrial devices used for validationDesign and evolve end-to-end test environments that reflect real industrial scenariosEnsure reliability, scalability, and reproducibility of hardware-based test setupsGuide the evolution of the test automation framework (Python, Squish)Ensure appropriate test coverage of new and changed functionalityLead integration of automated tests in the CI/CD pipelineDefine quality gates and metrics to support release decisionsCollaborate with developers, architects, product managers, and global teams to ensure product qualitySupport requirements analysis and contribute to architectural decisions from a testability perspectiveCommunicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to partnersThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent7+ years of experience in software testing,
