D-Orbit is looking for a Production Support Services Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team, based in Fino Mornasco (CO).
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of production equipment maintenance.
This includes developing and implementing maintenance plans in alignment with production needs, coordinating with external suppliers, and ensuring all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and according to specifications. The role also take care of layout planning and production support services.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance Management
- Define, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for production equipment, in close alignment with production requirements.
- Interface with external suppliers and service providers for maintenance activities, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Organize and supervise site visits and interventions by external maintenance technicians.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Verify the correct execution of maintenance interventions, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Production Support Services
- Support the planning and allocation of production and warehouse layouts to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
- Manage ancillary production support services, defining requirements and verifying service quality.
- Coordinate and manage extraordinary interventions required in the manufacturing area, including interfacing with Facilities, Procurement, and suppliers, and scheduling activities to minimize production downtime.
- Plan and allocate production machinery and complex tools to optimize workflow and resource utilization
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, layout efficiency, and support services.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning, supplier management, and maintenance budgeting.
- Familiarity with safety and operational standards in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to use and apply AI tools to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).

We offer a base salary range of €32,000–€38,000 gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location, plus a performance-based variable component. Final offer may vary based on overall fit and internal equity.
