The role combines technical expertise, field leadership /pp and project execution. The successful candidate will progressively become team leader of /pp the field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous /pp improvement of operational practices. /p p Key Responsibilities /pp• Lead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects. /pp• Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments. /pp• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures. /pp• Supervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial /pp process equipment /pp• Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections,
