The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, and PLM solution architecture. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of driving end-to-end PLM implementations, solution design, integrations, and support for global engineering and manufacturing organizations. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Siemens PLM solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. /li liGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. /li liArchitect and customize Teamcenter environments, workflows, business objects, and data models. /li liDevelop and support integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and CAD applications. /li liConfigure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) and related Siemens PLM modules. /li liProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams. /li liConduct solution reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities. /li liEnsure compliance with PLM governance, security, and data management standards. /li liSupport system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and environment management. /li liCollaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality PLM solutions aligned with business goals.
