Join us in creating a workplace where safety is everyone’s responsibility. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 pYour responsibilities will include project management, driving smooth progression throughout the entire buying cycle, and ensuring accurate and efficient data management. /p ul liAct as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.



/li liManage the project pipeline in coordination with Key Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient project execution and alignment across commercial and operational activities. /li liCoordinate complex interactions with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations. /li liLead commercial data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data and records in CRM and related systems. /li liPrepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials. /li liMaintain and update customer price lists, ensuring accurate implementation in internal systems. /li liWork closely with Customer Service to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience. /li liContribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication, service accuracy, and support to Key Account Managers in improving processes and interactions. /li liSupport Key Account Managers in organizing customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations. /li /ul h3What you can bring to the role /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in a relevant field. /li liProven experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment. /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in master data management and SAP. /li liFluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage. /li liCurious mindset and customer focus /li liCollaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude. /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to flawless execution. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
