Warehouse Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and cost control within a luxury hotel.

Manage the entire warehouse cycle: goods reception, storage, distribution, and inventories. Verify the conformity of received goods with orders, delivery notes, and hotel quality standards. Ensure proper product storage according to HACCP regulations, safety standards, and luxury best practices.

Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to optimise orders, lead times, and suppliers. Manage periodic inventories (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and accounting reconciliations. Support cost control, reducing waste, inventory discrepancies, and obsolescence.

Correctly utilise management systems (ERP, PMS, warehouse software). Diploma or equivalent qualification;





qualifications in economics/logistics are a plus. Previous experience in the role within 5-star hotels or luxury contexts. Knowledge of hotel warehouse flows (F&B;, Housekeeping, Engineering). Basic knowledge of warehouse accounting and cost control; familiarity with inventory management IT systems.

Knowledge of HACCP regulations and workplace safety. Accuracy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility with excellent organisational and planning skills. Confidentiality and professional integrity.

Fluent

Italian, professional English (written and spoken).

Benefits Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.Settore Turismo - Level 2, Warehouse Manager.

Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR. Cross-training programme in sister properties. Bus ticket as vantaggi for the contract period.
