The role combines technical expertise, field leadership /ppand project execution. The successful candidate will progressively become team leader of /ppthe field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous /ppimprovement of operational practices. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pp• Lead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects. /pp• Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments. /pp• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures. /pp• Supervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial /ppprocess equipment /pp• Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentation /ppverification and system testing.
