And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTIONThe spare parts coordinator manages the spare parts purchasing, warehouse operations, as well as transport documentation and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPEManage spare parts purchasing activities, including:Requesting and sending quotations to suppliersIssuing and monitoring daily purchase ordersOversee spare parts warehouse operations:Cataloguing materialsOrganizing and rearranging shelvingMonitoring stock levelsEntering job orders into company systemsFiling and forwarding documents to the accounting departmentCoordinate spare parts shipments:Organizing pick-ups from suppliersPreparing pallets for returns or repairsIssuing and managing outbound delivery notesCollecting and archiving calibration certificates for all measurement instruments in the factorySection 2 - CANDIDATE PROFILEDetail-oriented, organized,
