pAPP Group is looking for a Senior Tissue Technical Manager to lead the research, development and optimisation of tissue products for the European market. The role works across RD, mills, customers and commercial teams to develop competitive products, improve product and manufacturing performance, ensure European compliance and support the growth of APP's European Tissue business. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities: /ppstrong1. Product Research Development : /strongLead the development and improvement of tissue products, including product specifications, testing, benchmarking and innovation, to meet European customer and market requirements. /ppstrong2. European Standards Compliance : /strongEnsure products meet relevant European regulations, certifications, quality standards and customer requirements, while monitoring changes in regulatory, industry and sustainability requirements. /ppstrong3. Technical Support Product Optimisation : /strongWork with APP mills to improve product performance, quality, machine capability and production efficiency, including technical problem-solving, root-cause analysis and optimisation initiatives. /ppstrong4. Customer Cross-functional Support: /strongWork with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, mills and customers on product requirements, customer trials, technical discussions, product evaluations and complaint resolution. /ppstrong5. Business Growth Support : /strongDevelop technical solutions, value-added products and product roadmaps that support the growth and competitiveness of APP's European Tissue business. /ppstrong6. Management Technical Reporting : /strongProvide management with product performance analysis, technical reports and recommendations relating to product development, improvement and technical investment. /ppbr / /ppWhat We Are Looking For:



/pulli10+ years of relevant technical experience in tissue manufacturing, product development, RD, technical service, quality management or a related field. We will also consider senior technical professionals from machinery, equipment, chemical or technology companies supplying products or solutions directly to the tissue industry. /liliStrong knowledge of tissue product technology and manufacturing processes. /liliExperience in product development, testing, validation, optimisation and technical problem-solving. /liliKnowledge of European product standards, regulations and customer requirements. /liliA Bachelor's degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
