pWe are currently looking for an experienced PLC / Automation Engineer for an initial 3–6 month contract supporting a major industrial automation project in Italy. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppYou will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting automated production equipment, identifying faults and getting machinery back into operation efficiently. /ppThis is not primarily a new PLC development/programming position. We need someone comfortable going online with existing PLC systems, reading and understanding the logic, and using it to diagnose equipment issues. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliTroubleshoot Omron PLC-controlled production equipment /liliGo online with PLCs and analyse existing logic to identify faults /liliDiagnose automation, electrical, sensor and equipment issues /liliCarry out root-cause analysis and support corrective actions /liliWork with electrical drawings, sensors,
