La preghiamo di leggere la descrizione almeno una volta prima di fare clic su "Candidati". brpb Main Responsibilities /b /pulli Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean workshops on the shop floor. /lili Support the deployment of the Vertiv Operations System (VOS) roadmap. /lili Train teams on Lean methodologies including 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work. /lili Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and lead time. /lili Identify process bottlenecks and support root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities. /lili Support FMEA activities in collaboration with RD. /lili Contribute to improvements in production layouts, tools, jigs and line organisation. /lili Prepare reports to track the effectiveness of improvement actions.



/li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Engineering degree preferred. /lili Around 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or a similar industrial role is highly preferred, candidate with less can be considered. /lili Good knowledge of Lean tools such as P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /lili Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving metal fabrication, brazing, welding or assembly. /lili Ability to read mechanical drawings. /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /lili Good written and spoken English. /lili Strong problem-solving, teamwork and organisational skills. /li /ulp The role covers Lean Manufacturing activities across all three production plants. xrdbqlu Time Methods activities are outside the scope of the position. /p /p /p
