You’ll play a key role in supporting invoicing processes, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and ensuring impartiality and traceability in inspection activities. /p ul liCoordinate QA/QC and engineering personnel for site and office-based projects. /li liSource and prepare candidates for client interviews and assignments. /li liLiaise with clients on candidate proposals, selection, and placement. /li liEnsure timely submission of documentation for invoicing (timesheets, purchase orders). /li liMaintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication.



/li liMonitor candidate performance and provide feedback to management. /li liSupport internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with Fulkrum’s quality procedures and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standards. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liSolid experience in onshore and offshore oil gas projects. /li liStrong experience in inspection coordination /li liStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProficiency in MS Office and report management. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks. /li liCommercial awareness and client-focused mindset. /li /ul pAll personnel are briefed on Fulkrum’s Health Safety policies during onboarding.
