ph3Head of Organization and Organizational Specialist /h3 h3Head of Organization and Organizational Specialist /h3 pbThe Client /bb: /b /p pOur Client is a bmulti-utility company /bwhich operates nationwide, managing a broad range of activities in the Energy And Environmental sectors. Its business spans the production, distribution, and commercialization of power and natural gas, as well as cogeneration, district heating, integrated water service management, waste collection and disposal, public lighting, and internet connectivity. Additionally, it is active in promoting energy efficiency solutions and electric mobility. /p pThe organization consists of b15+ operational subsidiaries /b, with two main offices in bNorthern Italy /b. It currently employs about b1,700 people /b (up from 1,450 few years ago) and closed the last fiscal year with balmost €2 billion in revenue /b. /p pOver the past year alone, b200 new hires /b were made, alongside a strong investment in training and with an increasing focus on bdeveloping leadership and personal competencies. /bRecently, the company has embarked on a btransformation process /b to redefine its business model. Historically, the corporate structure was highly verticalized with centralized decision-making. Now, with the help of external consultants, the aim is to create ba model that better supports each individual business unit /b, improving efficiency and internal synergies. /p pbPosition – The role: /b /p pTo support this transformation, strengthening the organizational structure has become essential, particularly by establishing a bsolid Organization function /b. In this context, the immediate priorities include the hiring of the bHead of Organization /b and of an bOrganizational Specialist /b (2 roles), with strong bvision and lateral thinking skills /b, capable of supporting the evolution of organizational models across the business units, according to the specific role seniority and responsibilities. The HR team has already conducted extensive organizational analysis, mapping out roles and competencies, but additional support is needed to translate this groundwork into a more effective and structured model. bThe goal is clear: to make the organization increasingly modern, agile, and capable of successfully facing future challenges /b. /p pbPosition – Specific responsibilities: /b /p pDirectly reporting to the Group HR Director,



the Head of Organization and the Organizational Specialist will be responsible for (according to the role and specific seniority): /p pbOrganizational Analysis and Design /b /p ulliMap and analyse business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. /li liDesign and implement organizational solutions aligned with corporate strategies and emerging trends (e.g., lean agile management, project management). /li liPropose initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability to market and regulatory changes. /li liConduct in-depth organizational analyses and diagnostics, both functional and cross-functional, at micro and macro levels, to improve efficiency and ensure proper resource allocation. /li liDevelop and implement organizational mechanisms and systems for integration and coordination, collaborating with other corporate functions (e.g., ICT, Management Control). /li /ul pbCorporate Governance and Structure /b /p ulliDefine and update the company’s organizational model, ensuring role clarity and responsibility allocation, while maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and profiles. /li liCollaborate with HR functions to implement talent and competency management policies. /li liManage the design and evolution of the organizational structure, overseeing the proper allocation of resources. /li liLead workforce planning activities across the group, forecasting skill and staffing needs. /li /ul pbChange Management /b /p ulliLead transformational projects related to organizational change, ensuring engagement and involvement across company functions. /li liWork closely with other corporate divisions and subsidiaries on key projects (e.g., business model evolution, ICT projects, PMI initiatives) within the scope of organizational development. /li liFoster a company culture cantered on innovation and continuous improvement. /li liStakeholder Collaboration Partner with Management and HR Business Partners to align organizational initiatives with corporate strategic objectives.



/li liSupport business units and corporate functions in managing new projects or structural changes, acting as a Project Manager when required. /li libCompliance and Regulatory Framework /b /li liEnsure organizational processes comply with industry regulations and corporate governance standards. /li liContribute to drafting and refining operational procedures (in collaboration with Quality Assurance and ICT) to regulate process execution. /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ulliDegree in Economics and Management, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Organisation would represent a plus. /li liFor the bHead of Organization /b: bAt least 7-10 years /b of relevant experience, /li liFor the bOrganizational Specialist /b: b4/5 years /b of relevant experience, in organisational roles within structured and preferably regulated contexts (multi-utility, energy, public services) or within leading consulting firms. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, and experience in dealing with digital tools for organisational management and project management. /li liKnowledge of new models and trends in Organisational Design and Work Organisation, together with the ability to analyse and model processes (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma). /li liA result-oriented leadership, with a mix of: /li libHands on experience with strategic mindset is critical /b: must be able to quickly analyse options and alternatives based on solid analytical skills, well combined with ability to proactively contribute to the delivery of the strategic vision across a relevant business complexity /li libBusiness judgement /b to manage internal clients; ability to present qualified proposition to identified targets /li libAction orientation /b and drive for results, with sense of urgency /li libStrong communication and influencing skills /b: The ability to bring all stakeholders involved together, build trust and persuade in decision-making processes, and to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. /li li“Seniority” will be evaluated in the light of interpersonal maturity and trac-record, combined with fresh and proactive working style and credibility in front of Executives. /li liExcellent relationship skills and emotional intelligence /li /ul pbLanguages: /b /p pFluency both in Italian and English is a must /p pMarketing Marketing /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
