The role provides technical guidance to management and employees on occupational health and safety matters, identifies and assesses workplace risks, and promotes a proactive safety culture across the organization. Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Maintenance, external contractors, occupational health providers, and local authorities, the RSPP drives initiatives aimed at preventing accidents and occupational illnesses while supporting business performance through effective risk management and continuous improvement. /ppbr / /ppstrongGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliEnsure compliance with local Health Safety legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements. /liliIdentify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments, ensuring that preventive and protective measures are implemented and maintained. /liliDevelop, update, and communicate safety procedures, work instructions, and emergency plans. /liliSurveillance on the right application of internal Health Safety procedures by employees, visitors, and contractors. /liliMonitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable regulations.



/liliOrganize and coordinate mandatory Health Safety training programs and awareness initiatives. /liliMaintain Health Safety documentation, records, permits, and legal registers. /liliConduct workplace inspections, audits, and safety observations to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance. /liliInvestigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; br / identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. /liliAnalyze Health Safety performance indicators and trends, reporting results to leadership and recommending improvement actions. /liliCollaborate with Occupational Health providers, worker safety representatives (RLS), local authorities, and external organizations on Health Safety matters. /liliSupport emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation plans, drills, and crisis response programs. /liliMonitor legislative updates and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes. /liliParticipate in management reviews and develop action plans to continuously improve Health Safety performance. /liliPromote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement, communication, and leadership support. /liliSupport corporate EHS initiatives and ensure alignment with global standards and objectives. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongREQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION: /strong /pulliDegree or technical qualification in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health Safety, or a related field. /liliQualification to act as RSPP according to Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, including required Modules A, B, and C. /liliMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a Health Safety role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Placement within the range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and internal equity.
