Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.

A strong technical background with 5+ years of hands-on development experience, Python knowledge preferred 2+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, overseeing development processes, and driving technical decisions.



Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS and DataBricks Proven ability to mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills. Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

Experience with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architectures.
