Petroplan are looking to hire a Plant Manager to work for a major Renewables client in Milan.br / This is a permanent staff role in the office with occasional site visits. br /You will take a key role in managing the day to day operations and technical performance of their renewable energy plants in Poland. In this role, you will work closely with both technical and operational teams, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plant performance while supporting continuous improvement across the assets.br /You will report to the Head of Operations and become part of an international environment with strong competencies in renewable energy operations, engineering, and plant management.strongbr /As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:br / /strongulliOversee the strongsafe, reliable and efficient operation of solar PV plants /strong, maximising energy production, availability and performance ratio. /liliManage and coordinate strongplant maintenance, repair activities and technical interventions /strong to ensure asset integrity and operational performance. /liliSupervise and manage strongOM contractors, maintenance providers and specialist suppliers, /strongincluding scope, service delivery and SLA performance. /liliReview and approve strongtechnical and commercial proposals /strong, ensuring solutions balance technical requirements, operational costs and production impact. /liliManage strongincident resolution, work orders and operational issues /strong in coordination with monitoring and operational teams. /liliMonitor strongplant performance and operational KPIs /strong, analysing production data and identifying underperformance or optimisation opportunities.
/liliEnsure strongpreventive and predictive maintenance programmes /strong are implemented effectively across assets. /liliMaintain strongtechnical documentation, plant data and operational reporting /strong to ensure accurate asset records and compliance. /liliEnsure strongcompliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies /strong, including HS and ESG requirements. /liliSupport strongplant optimisation, retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives /strong and provide technical input into improvement projects where required. /liliManage stronglocal stakeholders and supporting service providers /strong such as security, vegetation management and cleaning services. /liliConduct strongsite inspections and contractor oversight /strong to ensure quality of work and operational standards. /li /ulpstrongYour experiences and education:br / /strongulliDegree qualified – in any related discipline. /liliFluent in English Hungarian is a must for this /liliTechnical background /liliWorked in Renewable Energy sector /liliExperience managing the technical and operational performance of power generation assets. /liliExperience overseeing maintenance activities and asset integrity programmes. /liliExperience managing OM contractors, maintenance providers and external service suppliers. /liliExperience working with technical specifications, suppliers and contractors. /liliExperience managing service providers and stakeholder relationships. /liliExperience supporting technical retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives and project activities. /liliExperience working with internal operational teams and external technical service providers. /li /ulpIf you feel that your experience meets this criteria, and you wish to apply to join an innovative company with high level growth ambitions, please contact with your CV and contact information. /p /p
