ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pJob ID: 42889 Location: Cologno Monzese, All IT Regions, Italy /p pCapabilities: Project Management /p pOffice Setup: Hybrid /p pSalary: 33,400.00 - 41,700.00 /p pCompany: Jacobs /p pAt Jacobs, we’re challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world’s most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission‑critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting‑edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. /p pYour impact /p pSupport and collaborate with the Engineering Manager and/or the Project Manager in the technical management of the project to achieve targets in terms of cost, schedule, performance, quality, DHSE. /p pSupport and collaborate with the Engineering Manager and/or the Project Manager in planning project technical activities. /p pFacilitate, monitor, and ensure the correct flow of information and design data across all project stakeholders (Jacobs team – Home Office and GID – consultants, client, and vendors). /p pEnsure the continuous update of the Project Deliverables List as a live document throughout the entire project duration. /p pSupport Project Controls in monitoring design progress and coordinate the activities of all engineering disciplines to meet design schedule targets. /p pBe accountable for coordination documents (Equipment List, Fluid List, Fluid Consumption List, Equipment Layout, GMP Layout, Coordination Layout, PID Lead Sheets, etc.), ensuring content consistency across disciplines and their continuous update. /p pSupport and facilitate key project meetings (Design Reviews, 3D Model Reviews, HAZOP and DHSE Reviews, GMP Reviews, etc.). /p pManage PIDs (master copy) directly or indirectly – depending on project size and setup – and monitor their management.
/p pSupport the Engineering Manager and/or the Project Manager in identifying and managing design changes (change notice coordination, TCR log management, etc.). /p pSupport Procurement by coordinating engineering discipline activities to meet procurement and contracting plan targets (technical documentation readiness, completeness and consistency, bid alignment, negotiations, vendor follow‑up, etc.). /p pSupport the Engineering Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Manager in identifying and implementing corrective actions related to design issues. /p pWhen required, assume the role of Field Project Engineer and support Construction Management – and, in some cases, CQV Management – in coordinating on‑site engineering related activities. /p pThis position reports directly to the Manager of Design Coordination Discipline and to the Project Manager when assigned to projects. /p pHere’s what you’ll need /p ul liDegree in Engineering /li liMin 5 years of experience in the design of industrial projects /li liExperience in Pharmaceutical, Data Center, Buildings and Logistic business would be an asset /li liKnowledge of technical and commercial obligations /li liExperience in setting, development, evaluation and implementation of technical specifications and documentation for RfQ (Request for Quotation)
