audits and safety reviews /p /lilip Lead incident investigations and corrective actions /p /lilip Identify and mitigate critical construction HSE risks /p /lilip Prepare, review and manage b PSC documentation /b /p /lilip Coordinate HSE requirements between clients, designers, EPC contractors and other stakeholders /p /lilip Carry out site inspections and safety coordination during project execution /p /lilip Escalate and address significant HSE issues and non-compliances /p /li /ulb What We’re Looking For /bbrullip Significant HSE experience within b construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects /b /p /lilip Proven experience supporting large-scale construction projects /p /lilipb Utility‑scale Solar PV experience strongly preferred /b /p /lilip Exposure to xrdbqlu b BESS and/or HV electrical infrastructure /b is a major advantage /p /lilip Strong experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors from an HSE perspective /p /lilip Strong knowledge of b Italian HSE legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/2008 /b /p /lilipb CSP/CSE qualification /b compliant with Italian legislation /p /lilip Experience with construction‑site safety, risk assessments and incident investigations /p /lilip Comfortable working autonomously within a lean, fast‑moving organization /p /lilip Good working knowledge of b English /b /p /lilip Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy /p /li /ul#J-18808-Ljbffr /p
