risk assessments and reporting systems /liliProvide HSE leadership across renewable energy projects from development through to commissioning /liliMonitor EPC contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance /liliConduct site inspections, audits and safety reviews /liliLead incident investigations and corrective actions /liliIdentify and mitigate critical construction HSE risks /liliPrepare, review and manage bPSC documentation /b /liliCoordinate HSE requirements between clients, designers, EPC contractors and other stakeholders /liliCarry out site inspections and safety coordination during project execution /liliEscalate and address significant HSE issues and non-compliances /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliSignificant HSE experience within bconstruction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects /b /liliProven experience supporting large-scale construction projects /lilibUtility-scale Solar PV experience strongly preferred /b /liliExposure to bBESS and/or HV electrical infrastructure /b is a major advantage /liliStrong experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors from an HSE perspective /liliStrong knowledge of bItalian HSE legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/2008 /b /lilibCSP/CSE qualification /b compliant with Italian legislation /liliExperience with construction-site safety, risk assessments and incident investigations /liliComfortable working autonomously within a lean, fast-moving organization /liliGood working knowledge of bEnglish /b /liliValid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy /li /ulpbr/p
