This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management, project ownership, and deep technical contribution. The supervisor owns the full BI delivery chain, from designing and optimizing ETL pipelines in Snowflake (in partnership with IT) through building robust Power BI data models and semantic layers, to delivering polished reports and apps to the right audiences. A critical part of the role is ensuring proper data governance: every stakeholder sees only the information they are authorized to access, based on business policies, organizational structure, and regional scope. Beyond technical delivery, the role carries strong project management accountability: scoping, planning, and driving multiple concurrent BI initiatives from concept to production. The supervisor acts as the key bridge between the data team and the wider business, translating requirements Marketing and other functions into scalable, well‑architected analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable mentoring junior analysts, challenging a data model design, presenting insights to senior leadership, and building long‑term strategic relationships across regions and functions to keep data solutions aligned with where the business is heading. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 h3Team Leadership Project Management (40%) /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts across multiple locations and time zones. /li liPlan and prioritize team workload, balancing recurring reporting activities with strategic BI projects. /li liManage BI projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, execution, delivery, and post‑launch optimization. /li liConduct performance reviews, set development goals, and support career growth of team members. /li liEstablish and maintain consistent methodologies, standards, and documentation across the team. /li liGather requirements and align priorities with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations. /li liBuild and nurture strategic relationships with cross‑regional and cross‑functional partners to drive long‑term alignment and unlock collaboration opportunities. /li /ul h3BI Architecture Hands‑On Delivery (30%) /h3 ul liOwn the BI architecture and semantic layer design, partnering with IT on platform‑level decisions and infrastructure while retaining ownership of the analytics and reporting layer. /li liDesign and optimize the data flow from source to consumption: ETL pipelines in Snowflake, Power BI datasets, report delivery to end users. /li liBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports: advanced DAX, data modeling, calculated tables, and performance optimization. /li liDefine and manage data access and visibility rules across all reports and apps,
