This role is intended for a highly skilled bSenior Analytics Report Developer /b with deep experience in Power BI, AWS QuickSight, Streamlit, strong mandatory SQL expertise, and modern data visualization practices. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing analytical dashboards, interactive applications, and data products that support business decision-making across the organization. /p pThis role is central to our strategic journey from Power BI to AI-driven analytics, enabling broader Analytics capabilities alongside Power BI expertise for our relevant business use cases. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, data storytelling, and stakeholder management. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 h3Reporting Dashboard Development /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets. /li liDesign, develop, and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards, analyses, and datasets, leveraging the SPICE engine for high-performance analytics. /li liBuild interactive Streamlit applications to support advanced analytics and data-driven workflows. /li liTranslate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling, and accurate reporting solutions. /li liOptimize report performance, data models, measures, and queries for scalability and speed. /li /ul h3Data Modeling Integration /h3 ul liDevelop efficient data models using best practices for semantic layers. /li liLeverage mandatory strong SQL expertise to write complex queries, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy across all integration layers. /li liIntegrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Snowflake, AWS data services, etc.). /li liCollaborate with Data Engineering teams to define and refine data structures enabling analytical consumption across both platforms. /li /ul h3Business Partnership /h3 ul liPartner with business users to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. /li liProvide training, guidance, and best practices for self-service reporting. /li liPresent insights and analytical findings in clear, actionable terms to non-technical stakeholders. /li liSupport the organization’s transition from traditional BI to AI-augmented analytics, identifying use cases where AI can enhance decision-making. /li /ul h3Governance,
Quality Standards /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to data visualization standards, governance policies, and security protocols across environments. /li liImplement version control, documentation, and lifecycle management for analytical assets. /li liProactively identify data issues and drive remediation initiatives with cross-functional teams. /li /ul h3Innovation Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liEvaluate and introduce new features in Power BI (Fabric, DAX advancements, etc.) and AWS QuickSight (ML Insights, QuickSight Q, Generative BI capabilities). /li liIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and leverage AI/ML for predictive and prescriptive analytics. /li liDrive adoption of modern, scalable analytics patterns, supporting the company’s PowerBI-to-AI transformation journey. /li liExplore and implement generative AI capabilities within AWS QuickSight to enable natural language querying and automated insight generation for business users. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in BI/report development, with proven expertise in Power BI. /li liHands‑on experience with AWS QuickSight, including dashboard creation, dataset management, SPICE optimization, and analyses. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Streamlit for building interactive Python-based applications. /li liExpert‑level knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices. /li liStrong SQL knowledge is mandatory — the candidate must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and working with enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake). /li liSolid understanding of data governance, security, and report lifecycle management. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. /li liExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liFamiliarity with cloud-based BI and AI/ML analytics platforms. /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience with Python for data manipulation and integration with Streamlit. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Fabric ecosystems. /li liAWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner). /li liExperience with AWS QuickSight Q (natural language querying) and ML Insights for automated anomaly detection and forecasting. /li liExperience with generative AI tools and their application in business analytics. /li liExperience working in agile environments and using CI/CD tools for BI assets. /li liBackground in enterprise reporting for Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Operations. /li /ul h3We Are Looking For Someone Who Has /h3 ul liStrong sense of ownership and accountability.
