For our store in Roma we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager

Job Description

To act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager - Support the Store Manager in guiding the team - Promote a positive and professional team environment - Participate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team - In accordance with the Store Manager,



ensure the appropriate staff plan and coverage in the store by providing an efficient coverage instore - Support administration tasks and reporting - Guarantee the correct application of the Etro Customer Experience by using effectively the selling techniques to maximize sales - Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines - Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise - Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies - Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude - Ability to adapt to different customers - Team-playing aptitude - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment - Deep passion for fashion and luxury - Fluent in English
