For our store in Roma we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Job Description To act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager Support the Store Manager in guiding the team Promote a positive and professional team environment Participate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team In accordance with the Store Manager,
