ppOur client company is a solid and established industrial company, an international leader in the design and production of components and solutions for the aeronautical and general aviation sectors. To increase its Product Support Engineering staff, they have entrusted us with the selection of the following: /p h3Product Support Maintenance Engineer (Rotary Wing Product – Aeronautical Sector) /h3 h3Key responsibilities /h3 pThe candidate will collaborate with and lead the Product Support Engineering team within the Aircraft Systems business unit cross-functionally to provide timely technical support services, facilitate rapid and accurate issue resolution, and influence product improvements through scalable processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Specifically, the role will include the following responsibilities: /p ul liRespond to customer issues / requests and provide remote or on-site assistance by troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, bin particular on the rotary wing product in the aeronautical sector /b /li liDevelop and maintain duly updated knowledge of the company's products to support installations, configurations, and maintenance, including troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and other service documentation. /li liCommunicate with customers to understand their needs, address complaints, and provide updates on their technical issues. /li liWork with product development, engineering, and design teams to resolve product issues and suggest improvements, by also, but not limited to, serving as a liaison between customers and the above engineering teams. Establish a structured feedback loop from field issues to product backlog, including severity, frequency, and impact analysis. /li liDefine and execute, when required, enablement programs for customers and internal teams (training, workshops, webinars). Select, implement, and optimize support platforms (CRM, ticketing, telemetry, remote diagnostics, log analysis, FRACAS) to build dashboards and reporting to measure health, usage patterns, product issues,



and support outcomes. /li liCross-functional collaboration with Airworthiness, Certification, Quality, Field Ops, and MRO partners. Coordinate the activities of product support engineering in charge to all the existing plants within the Aircraft System BU (Italy and abroad). /li /ul h3Required skills and qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field; or equivalent aerospace experience with landing gear expertise. /li liSolid experience in aerospace product support, technical support engineering, or related roles (preferably in aerospace mechanical and hydraulic systems, actuators and landing gears). /li liStrong troubleshooting across actuators and landing gear subsystems: hydraulic circuits, hydraulic power units, hydraulic actuators, gear doors, brake interface, steering actuators, position sensors, and associated avionics interfaces. /li liExcellent communication; ability to translate technical details for maintenance crews, flight crews, and executives. /li liAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. /li liFluent written and spoken Italian and English. /li liWillingness and ability to travel for meetings and assistance on-site. /li /ul h3Desired technical competencies/knowledge /h3 ul liSafety and reliability: hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, safety case articulation, and integration with airworthiness processes, bin particular on the rotary wing product in the aeronautical sector /b /li liCAD (Catia) and systems integration awareness for landing gear layout, mounting points, and structural interfaces. /li liSupport Ticketing and Incident Management /li liMTTR for landing gear/actuator issues; return-to-service time for gear-down reliability. /li liOptional: knowledge of DO-254/DO-178C considerations for any embedded actuation controllers. /li /ul pbLocation: /bProvince of Novara (Piedmont, Italy) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
