/lili Drive improvements related to productivity, OEE, quality and lead time. /lili Monitor and report the effectiveness of implemented improvement actions. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Preferably a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. /lili Preferably around 7 years of relevant Industrial Engineering or manufacturing experience. /lili Strong knowledge of industrial production processes such as sheet metal fabrication, stamping, brazing, TIG welding, CNC machining and assembly. /lili Experience with 2D/3D CAD and CNC programming. /lili Knowledge of Lean tools including P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /lili Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP. /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. /lili Strong organisational, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. /lili Good written and spoken English. /li /ul p The role covers Industrial Engineering activities across all three production plants. xrdbqlu Process Engineering and Time Methods activities are outside the scope of the position. /p /p /p
