pThe Lean Specialist will support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing across the three production plants, working closely with Manufacturing Managers to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and overall operational performance. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean workshops on the shop floor. /liliSupport the deployment of the Vertiv Operations System (VOS) roadmap. /liliTrain teams on Lean methodologies including 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work. /liliMonitor production KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and lead time. /liliIdentify process bottlenecks and support root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities. /liliSupport FMEA activities in collaboration with RD. /liliContribute to improvements in production layouts, tools, jigs and line organisation. /liliPrepare reports to track the effectiveness of improvement actions.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliEngineering degree preferred. /liliAround 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or a similar industrial role is highly preferred, candidate with less can be considered. /liliGood knowledge of Lean tools such as P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /liliPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably involving metal fabrication, brazing, welding or assembly. /liliAbility to read mechanical drawings. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /liliGood written and spoken English. /liliStrong problem-solving, teamwork and organisational skills. /li /ulpThe role covers Lean Manufacturing activities across all three production plants.
