You will work directly on a real startup product and learn how social media management will evolve in the coming years.

Love It Baby is the first fully autonomous AI Social Media Manager for vertical industries. An AI Social Media Manager that learns brands and autonomously thinks, creates and publishes personalized content, 24/7.

Love It Baby is already live with paying customers: we hit €60K ARR in just 3 months.

Role The Social Media Manager Intern will support the team in helping users manage their social media through the Love it Baby platform.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- already creates content for social media
- wants to re-shape the figure of Social Media Manager

The role sits between:
- social media
- product
- customer interaction

Your mission will be to help users succeed with the platform while contributing to improving the product.

Responsibilities:

Social media content support





- helping users create and publish social media posts
- supporting the creation of captions and post structures
- helping choose the best visual or graphic for a post
- evaluating whether a post works well or could be improved
- assisting users in structuring effective social media content

User support

- helping users create and manage their AI-powered social profiles
- assisting customers in using the platform effectively
- collecting feedback from users

Product improvement

- identifying friction points in the user experience
- testing new features and updates
- collaborating with the product team to improve the platform

Platform operations

- supporting onboarding of new users
- contributing to improving internal workflows

Who we look for:

- Passion for social media.You genuinely enjoy social media and digital content. You already create content—or aspire to become a professional Social Media Manager—and you are curious about how social media is evolving.
- Curiosity for AI and digital tools.You are interested in exploring how AI and modern digital tools can transform how content is created and managed online. You enjoy experimenting with new tools and learning quickly.




- Content intuition.You have a good sense of what makes a strong social media post. You can recognize when a piece of content works, when it doesn’t, and how it could be improved.
- Hands-on mindset. You learn quickly and take initiative. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, testing ideas, and figuring things out by doing.
- Responsibility and ownership.You take your work seriously and feel responsible for delivering high-quality results. You hold yourself to a high standard and care about doing things well.
- Creativity and growth mindset. You are curious, creative, and motivated to grow fast—both professionally and personally.
- Social media familiarity (a plus). Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is appreciated. Having created content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok is also a plus.
- Language. Italian and english required
